We went to Cona and DC for a cheap week away. In DC we stayed just 2 blocks from the white house. We ran around the mall for 2 days visiting the National Gallery, Air and Space Museum and major monuments. We got to see the Capital Steps which was a blast. The Korean Memorial was spooky and very well designed. Photos.
